Once upon a time, I might have won an award (if such a thing existed) for finding the most clever ways to avoid solving my problems 😜. As a result, I have a ton of compassion for those who would rather distract themselves with fun things than attempt to find answers to what feels like overwhelming issues. You see, everyone struggles to find effective ways to overcome their problems, but what I discovered is that you don't have to feel stuck and overwhelmed! This blog is dedicated to my fellow procrastinators  😉. There IS an easier way to deal with life's curve balls, so let’s get started!
